Kelly graduated from the Dalhousie School of Physiotherapy in 2002. In 2017, she completed training to become a certified Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist and is an experienced STOTT PILATES® certified instructor, having training in matwork, small equipment and reformer.
She has completed numerous post graduate courses in movement dysfunction, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Kelly prefers a hands-on approach and enjoys helping clients determine the root cause of their pain, not just treat the symptoms. She integrates manual therapy and the mindful movement of Pilates to help individuals achieve a healthy, active lifestyle.
Kelly is a former competitive athlete, having competed nationally in figure skating and middle distance running. She previously worked with Dalhousie Varsity Cross Country teams as their head trainer. Kelly enjoys working with individuals and athletes of all levels and ages
