She began her formal study of Ayurveda in December 2015 through the California College of Ayurveda, the first and largest college of Ayurveda in the West, and she graduated as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor in April 2018. In 2017 she studied therapeutic yoga through the Integrative Yoga Therapy program under Joseph LePage, as well as Functional Yoga Therapy under Maria Mendola. She is also a Master Reiki Teacher Practitioner in the Usui-Tibetan Tradition.
Rebecca, a recovering perfectionist, realized when she found Ayurveda that she had stumbled upon the answer to the never-ending questions of “What is the best diet?” “What is the best exercise routine?” “What is the best wellness modality?” The answer is: there is no one “best” anything. Every diet, workout, routine, and practice is beneficial for someone; the question is, what is best for you? And how does this change as you age, grow, and move into new chapters of your life? Ayurveda gave Rebecca the permission to learn about and embrace her uniqueness, and the tools to create a life for herself that supported her health and wellbeing. It is her joy and privilege to do the same for her clients.
