Basic PhysioPilates
This class is ideal for the client looking for an active approach to injury prevention and treatment. Learn the basic principles of Pilates, and incorporate these into a routine combining posture, balance, stability and flexibility. Exercises are designed to lengthen and strengthen the spine, decrease joint pain and stiffness, and improve core strength and stability.
Monday 6:45 pm (Kelly)
Intermediate PhysioPilates
A progression from the Basic class, this session will incorporate small equipment to further challenge core strength and stability.

Sport Stability PhysioPilates
This class is designed for all levels of fitness, from the weekend warrior to the elite athlete. Combine the Pilates method with exercises that prevent and treat common athletic injuries and muscle imbalances. The result is a unique class that will challenge your core stability, balance, strength and flexibility.
Thursday 5:45 pm (Martha)
Fees: 128$ for 8 week session
Billed as a Physiotherapy group session & covered by some insurance plans.
*Note: All participants must have a pre-class assessment with Martha or Kelly. This will help to personalize the class to fit your health needs and goals. Billed as a physiotherapy assessment.
