




Benefits of Rehab-Pilates
All participants in our Rehab-Pilates program will have a physical assessment done by our Physiotherapists trained in Pilates. This will help us to understand your health needs and goals. We offer both individual and group Rehab-Pilates.

We offer individuals sessions with a physiotherapist trained in Pilates. This includes a full physical assessment to establish your health needs and goals.
Consist of 30 – 45 minute sessions of direct therapist time, to review, modify and progress a home exercise program. Manual therapy treatment can also be incorporated into your sessions. This program allows you to safely participate in group Pilates or other exercise programs with other instructors.
Fees:
Billed as Physiotherapy and covered by most individual health plans
45 min session 80$
30 min session 65$

We are currently not offering group classes, but can refer you to many classes in HRM with qualified instructors.
