Benefits of Rehab-Pilates

All participants in our Rehab-Pilates program will have a physical assessment done by our Physiotherapists trained in Pilates. This will help us to understand your health needs and goals. We offer both individual and group Rehab-Pilates.

We offer individuals sessions with a physiotherapist trained in Pilates. This includes a full physical assessment to establish your health needs and goals.

Consist of 30 – 45 minute sessions of direct therapist time, to review, modify and progress a home exercise program. Manual therapy treatment can also be incorporated into your sessions. This program allows you to safely participate in group Pilates or other exercise programs with other instructors.
